Some Note 4s are sold arent 4G enabled. What a con job Samsung, as I discover this 3 months later
ReplyDeleteHow is it Samsung's fault you bought the wrong phone? I had a Note 2 until recently. It didn't have LTE but some models did. However, I knew the factory unlocked international version didn't have LTE so I didn't blame Samsung.
DeleteJust tried it on my T-Mobile Note 4, and it worked like a charm. Thanks.

Hi there, thanks technocrat for this..its been a great help..it works with my galaxy a7..
ReplyDeletethis code is fake
ReplyDeleteNo it is not.
DeleteThis code does not work on At&t, or verizon. To get it to work with those carriers you have to call them and ask for your carrier unlock code. They will ask for your IMEI code and then they will issue an unlock code. Once your phone is unlocked you should be able to access this secret menu. To enter the unlock command without inserting an alternate simcard go to your dialer and enter #7465625*638*#

ReplyDelete:) Hi Guys,
ReplyDeleteGalaxy Note4 N910H(V6.0.1) not working with *#2263#. And my calcula in Cambodia.
So how can I enable 4G ?
Thank for your advance.
My Galaxy Note 4 has a issue. When in LTE/WCDMA/GSM mode there is no cellular signal and I am not able to make and receive calls. When I select GSM mode or WCDMA/GSM mode then the phone signal is good and working properly BUT I am only getting the 2G and 3G speeds.
ReplyDeleteI have done hours of troubleshooting with Samsung Australian support service and also with Amaysim. The sim card is 4G, new and works fine with 4G on my old phone. This issue I am describing occurred with two different sim cards that both function well on other phones.
I have lived in a 4G area for 18 months and have had a fairly consistent 4G service.
I ended up researching and finding some information that I believe may fix the issue.
My theory is that because the phone comes from China, it may not have the settings for 'All GTE' but rather it could be set for other countries.
I want to access service mode to check for the GTE Band settings but the code referred to in the website gives a response 'Invalid MMI code' and Samsung Australian support is not able to assist.
I wondered if it can be accessed through Developer options? I don't know how to do any of that.

DeleteFor SM-N910S/K/L model, please following these steps.
ReplyDelete1. Open your 'Phone' and switch it to 'Keypad'.
2. Type '319712358' directly (do not add any prefix or suffix like *#*#, just type it directly...).
3. Now you can see the Hidden Menu.
Please enter your password:
SM-N910S: 996412
SM-N910K: 774632
